TO GET OUT OF THE LUST FOR CIGARETTES
Master of the world, Who can do anything, may I merit to hate cigarettes with the hatred of death, in the merit of Naftali (570) Hertz (305) in the merit of Sarah (505) our matriarch, nullify from me the arrogance (15).
And through this we will be thankful (100) to you, and I will subdue the husk (780) of Vashti (716) = 1496 who is the root of the Sitra Achra (the dark side), and I will no longer place any cigarette in my mouth until the end of all generations.
And in the merit of this I will merit that all of the diamonds in the world will be mine, like it’s written in parashat Tetzaveh, “odem (45) pitda (98), bareket (702), nofech (150), sapphire (350), diamond (85), leshem (370) shevo (308) achlamah (84) tarshish (1210) shoham (345), yashpeh (395)”.
And may I merit the intellect (350) of Serach (508) = 5000 the daughter of Asher who entered with her body into Gan Eden (177).
And may I merit, G-d who is One (1) to be dust (350) and ashes (287) = 638, and through this may I be imbued with the soul of Avraham (248) Yitzchak (208) and Yaakov (182) = 638 and our holy and awesome Rabbi, Rabbenu (258) Nachman (148), son of (52) Simcha (353) and reveal the fifty (50) gates of understanding = 861 in the merit of Mattityahu the Kohen Gadol (high priest).

Maître du monde, Tout-Puissant, puis-je mériter de détester les cigarettes avec une haine de la mort, par le mérite de Naftali (570) Hertz (305) par le mérite de Sarah (505) Iménou, annule de moi l’arrogance (15).

Et à la place de faire une flamme pour une cigarette, je ferai une flamme dans mon âme et brûlerai pour Hashem jour et nuit. Et à travers ceci j’entrerai avec mon corps à l’intérieur du Gan Éden.
