TO DO AN HOUR OF HISBODEDUS EVERY DAY, AND SIX HOURS ON SHABBAT, AND TO BE CONSISTENT IN LEARNING TORAH
Master of the world, grant me the merit to an hour of hisbodedus every single day, and on Shabbos to do six hours of hisbodedus, and every single day including Shabbos in the summer to study Gemara for eight hours, in the merit of the four cups of Pesach.
And grant me the merit, One G-d (1), to bring Mashiach (358) ben (52) David (24) to the world, in the merit of the Tzaddik (209), foundation (80) of the world (146) = 435.
And grant me the mind of Rabeinu (268) Nachman (148) ben (52) Simcha (353) ben (52) Feiga (94) = 967.
And the angels, Nuriel (297), Gavriel (246), Michael (107), and Refael (317) = 967 should accompany me day (96) and night (81) = 177.
And we should enter with our bodies into Gan (53) Eden (124) = 177 like Serach (308) the daughter (402) of Asher (501) who merited the verse,
“And everything got turned upside down, that (501) the Jews (80), they (50) overpowered (355) against thier enemies (414)”.
And we should merit to subdue the 11 (11) = 1411 leaders of Eisav.
