A special message from our Rebbe Rav Eliezer Berland shlit”a, who has already left Israel on his way to attempt to overcome the obstacles to make it to the Rosh Hashanah gathering in Uman 5784 (given over on the Kav HaMeda on Thursday, 20 Elul 5783):
Everyone is obligated to travel to Uman without exceptions, and this is for all generations until the King Messiah arrives and until Rabbeinu rises from the grave, and then also the Messiah will travel to Uman, and everyone is obligated to travel without exceptions!! Without [second] thoughts and without doubts! This matter is the the clearest thing in the world, and the most lucid, clear, and understood! And everyone is obligated to travel without any question and without any doubts! Everyone will travel to Uman for all generations until the revival of the dead, until Rabbeinu will rise from the grave. The revival of the dead itself has many ways [that it is understood about] when it will be, but until then, the Rebbe will still be buried in Uman; [then] also the Messiah will travel [there], and also after the Messiah travels. And everyone is obligated without any doubts or [second] thoughts or questions — they and their sons and their son’s sons, their great-grandsons, their great-grandson’s great-grandsons until the end of all generations — they are obligated to travel to Uman every year for Rosh Hashanah!

My understanding is that trip to Uman for Jews only. What about Noachide? Can they go and join with them? Thanks
I don’t really see why not if a person accepts onto themselves the Seven Mitzvot of Bnei Noach with pure intentions. Also Rabbi Nachman said that the entire world needs him, include non-Jews.
