The holy days of Tishrei are coming — merit to take part in the most important donation for the distribution of food packages for poor families and for the construction of the holiday prayer complex of Breslov Shuvu Banim, so that we can all pray together with our Rebbe Rav Eliezer Berland shlit”a. The donation is counted as a Pidyon for Erev Rosh Hashanah and Pidyon Kapparot for Erev Yom Kippur.

We all want to merit to pray together with our Rebbe Rav Eliezer Berland shlit”a in the important prayers of the coming holidays of Tishrei, including the prayers of Yom Kippur, Succot, the Simchat Beit HaSho’evah, the Hilulah of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, Simchat Torah and Hakafot Shniot, and more.
Every year, we take the tremendous undertaking for granted. To most of us, it doesn’t occur that the construction of the prayer complex requires tremendous efforts — preparation of the foundations for the complex, equipment rental, seats, air conditioners, generators, amplification equipment and much more. All of this amounts to tremendous expenses of 100,000’s of shekels, so that we can all merit to pray together with the Rav shlit”a.
So that all of this can be actualized and that we will be able to pray and celebrate these holy days together with the Rav shlit”a, we aren’t standing on the sidelines — we are all taking part in donating to the construction of the synagogue.
In addition, the donation goes to purchasing food baskets for the holidays for hundreds of poor families of Kollel students — the talmidim and supporters of our Rebbe Rav Berland shlit”a. There is no greater mitzvah than this before the holidays, which helps families who otherwise wouldn’t have anything to eat during the holidays, and it’s a great mitzvah to make them happy, fulfilling the Torah mitzvah to make the poor happy on the holidays.
