Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, please heal …………… in the blink of an eye, in the merit of the Tzadik the foundation of the world Rabbi Nachman the son of Simcha the son of Feige.
Please Father (4), Merciful and Gracious, “the desire (807) of the humble (176) You heard (810) Hashem (26) Your ears (78) listen (812) to their heart (72)” = 3265 and may he merit joyous (418) days (100) and endless (196) years (756).
Please, ‘Creator (209) of the world (146) with an acquisition (212) He will complete (390) this (12) building (117)’.
And may ………….. be a completely normal child like everyone else, with eternal (146) success (563) = 3265.
And may we merit to teach him all of the stories of the Tanach until he knows all of them by heart, word for word.
