Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, may I merit to pour out my heart like water before You.
And send (344) me (40) a complete (375) recovery (292) to my eyes (170) in the merit (435) of Atik (580) Yomin (116) = 2352 through opening up for me the gates (580) of holiness (420), and fulfilling in me, “because (50) Israel (541) performs (381) valor (48)”.
And may I merit to do everything with the correct intellect (352) = 2352, and through this draw down on me holiness from the King (90) of the crowned (100) Kings (145) the Holy One (415) Blessed (228) is He (12).
And send me a complete recovery to my eyes.
In the merit of the pearl that hangs around the neck of the great (48) man (45) of giants (272), who is Avraham our forefather.
And through this imbue in me the souls of Moshiach (358) the son of (52) Yosef (156) Moshiach (358) the son of (52) David (14) = 2352 who will build the Beit HaMikdash speedily in our days, in the blink of an eye.
Amen, Selah, Netzach, Va’ed.
