Molad (New Moon) Nisan
The Molad will be Tuesday night at 1:03 am, and 12 Chalakim, which is tonight 29 Adar.
The prayer which our Rebbe Rav Eliezer Berland shlit”a wrote for Molad Nissan 5783:
Rosh Chodesh is Thursday, Ya’aleh v’yavo, we begin on the eve of Thursday, Wednesday at night
Ribono Shel Olam — Master of the World, Who can do everything, and that nothing can impede [Your] purpose from You, let me merit on the Molad of Nisan 1:03, 12 Chalakim, the evening of Wednesday [Tuesday night], that all the gates of Heaven will open, and all 32 Paths of Wisdom, and all the gates of miracles which were in the month of Nisan, whether the exodus from Egypt, whether the parting of the Red Sea, whether the hanging of Haman, who made the decree on 13 Nissan to kill, annihilate, and destroy, and already on 16 Nisan, he was hung, on its own the decree which he conspired to do was already cancelled, “And many from the people of the land converted to Judaism,” and all this happened in the month of Nisan. To add the splitting of the Red Sea, which was apportioned, divided, and split open to 12 portions, to 12 paths, and every single tribe passed through the sea and saw all 11 tribes with awesome clarity, because the walls of water were completely transparent, and every tribe saw what was happening in the other tribes, in the 11 other tribes, and the walls of water were full of peaches, chestnuts, oranges, dates, and clusters of grapes, figs, and pomegranates, like the 12 spies brought in their spying out the Land of Israel, the land of Cana’an, the Holy Land, from the expanse at the approach to Chamat (MeRechov ad Levo Chamat), the initial letters of RaCheL, because the Land of Israel is the aspect of Rachel, “to read the Hallel (likro et hahallel),” the initial letters of Leah, that then the revelation is on Rosh Chodesh, which falls this year on Thursday like in the year in which they left Egypt, which fell on Thursday. Because Rosh Chodesh Nisan is a completely new birth, as it is written, “This month for you will be the beginning of the months; the first for you amongst the months of the year,” and then it is possible to make the barren conceive, all the cures in the world, to heal paralyses and cancers. And to even revive the dead like Elisha the prophet, who merited to a double portion and revived the son of the Shunamit, who was Chabakuk, and hugged him seven times. Because a person on Rosh Chodesh Nisan can draw the soul of the King Messiah, and then the dove of Noach will come, that it is said about it, “And it did not return to him any more,” and now it is found in the “Chamber of the Bird’s Nest,” and when the King Messiah will be revealed, which will be on Rosh Chodesh Nisan, it will leave the “Chamber of the Bird’s Nest” while a crown of gold is in it’s mouth, as it is written, “For You anticipate him with blessings of good; You place on his head a crown of pure gold,” and You will place on Rosh Chodesh Nisan the golden crown of the Messiah, and crown him over the entire world.
