Rabbi Berland’s Prayer To Be Strong Like Shimshon
The following is translated from Rabbi Eliezer Berland’s compendium of prayers in the Refuah Shleimah booklet. To get the prayer in the original Hebrew, you can buy the booklet HERE.
Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, heal ………… and may they be strong and mighty like Shimshon (696) the mighty one whose soul was from Atik (580) Atik (580) Yomin (116) = 696.
And all growths will disappear in the blink of an eye = 435 in the merit of the Tzadik the foundation of the world = 435, and they will merit to be, ‘bold as a leopard, run like a deer, strong as a lion and light as an eagle’.

Thanks very much for the suggestion – that’s a much nicer phrasing, but the Rav seems to have used slightly different wording for this particular prayer. Because we don’t understand the Rav’s deeper intentions, wherever possible we try to leave the prayer in his phrasing, even when it seems a little ‘off’.
