Rabbi Berland’s prayer to come through the operation peacefully

Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, grant me the merit to pass through the operation in peace, because I believe with complete emunah, ‘in the Healer (298) of the sick (54) of His nation (116) Israel (541)’ = 1000.
And may I merit that the verse is fulfilled in me, “a thousand for you Solomon” and “sustain me in exile with dainty cakes, spread fragrant apples around me to comfort my dispersion, for bereft of Your presence, I am sick with love”.
And everything that I will do may it succeed, me and my husband and my sons and daughters, my grandsons and granddaughters, and all of my offspring until the end of all the generations, like it says, “because (30) Israel (541) performs (381) valor (48)” = 1000.
