The following is translated from Rabbi Eliezer Berland’s compendium of prayers in the Refuah Shleimah booklet. To get the prayer in the original Hebrew, you can buy the booklet HERE.
Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, may I merit to pour out my heart like water before You.
Please Master of the world, “hear (410) our voice (192) Hashem (26) our G-d (102)” and may we merit to enter the gates (580) of holiness (420) = 1730.
Please Hashem Gracious and Merciful One, about whom it is said, “great (43) is Hashem (26) and much (45) praised (111) He is (12) awesome (257) above (100) all (50) gods (86)” grant me the merit in all movements, thoughts, speech and actions to unify the Holy (415) Name (341) Blessed (232) is He (12) = 1730.
And in the merit of this send me a complete recovery in the blink of an eye, in the merit of the Tzadik the foundation of the world.
And heal (281) please (51) (401) all my (340) broken and shattered (557) bones.
Please Gracious and Merciful One, about whom it is said, “a great (43) G-d (31) is Hashem (26)” = 1730 and in the merit of this may I love you with a love without limits.
And may I merit the revelation of Moshiach the son of Yosef, Moshiach the son of David, who will build the Beit HaMikdash in the blink of an eye.
Amen, Selah, Netzach, Va’ed.
