Master of the world, who can do anything, Hashem who is one (1), in the merit of Queen Esther and Mordechai the Jew (40), send (738) a complete (375) recovery (292) = 1446 to …………… in the blink (305) of an eye (130) = 435.
In the merit of the Tzadik (209) the foundation (80) of the world (140) = 435, ‘for the sake of the unification of the Holy One (415) Blessed (232) is He (12) and the Shechina (791)’ = 1446.
And they should be healthy in all 248 limbs and 365 sinews, in all of their nefesh, ruach, neshamah, chayah and yechidah and should no longer be hyperactive ever.
