Rabbi Berland’s Prayer To Heal Pain In The Head

Grant me the merit to pour out my heart like water before You, and remove (271) from me (140) all (50) the pains (33) in my head (506) (in the merit of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai who died on Lag BaOmer).
And I will be able (63) to move (59) my head (506) normally (243) and I (40) will (30) not (37) have any aching (404) and I will learn (81) the most (35) good (17) of everyone (136) + 1 = 3121.
And imbue in me the soul (790 Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld,) of our Holy (415) and awesome (268) teacher (268).
And may I merit in everything to unify Your Holy (415) name (341) Blessed (232) is He (12) and may I merit the spirit (214) of advice (165) + 1 = 3121, the spirit of wisdom, the spirit of fortitude, the spirit of understanding and the spirit of G-dly awareness.
Please, “Creator (209) of remedies (693) awesome (257) in His praises (841)” help me please to subdue the ‘samech mem’ (the evil side) (131).
And in the merit of this send me a complete recovery in the blink of an eye and imbue in me the soul of Moshiach (358) the son of (52) Yosef (156) Moshiach (358) the son of (52) David (14) = 3121 who will bring the complete redemption and build the Beit HaMikdash in the blink of an eye.
