The following is translated from Rabbi Eliezer Berland’s compendium of prayers in the Refuah Shleimah booklet. To get the prayer in the original Hebrew, you can buy the booklet HERE.
Master of the world, who can do anything and from whom nothing is withheld, send me a complete recovery in the blink of an eye, and heal (687) for me (30) (401) my (340) knee (227) a complete (375) recovery (292) = 2352.
And through meriting in every thought, speech and deed to unify the Holy (415) Name (341) Blessed (232) is He (12), and through this, may I merit to hear the words of the Living G-d,
“because (30) the mouth (90) of Hashem (26) has spoken (206)”.
And in the merit of this open for me the gates (580) of holiness (420) = 2352, and send me a complete (375) recovery (292) in the blink (305) of an eye (130), and a male (227) son (58).
And through this I will spend all my days in happiness (353) and cheerfulness (612) = 2352 and completeness.
And send me a male son from the King (90) who is the King (100) of Kings (145) the Holy One (415) Blessed (228) is He (12) and he will be the most wise (80) in the generation, and will know all the Torah (616) until he merits the light (207) of knowledge (479) completely = 2352.
And he will love the Torah with self-sacrifice, because (30), “all (50) your desire (208) is not (31) comparable (322) to it (7)” and may we all merit together to see a miracle (110) at each moment (273) and moment (279).
And through this may there be imbued in him the souls of Moshiach the son of Yosef (566) and Moshiach the son of David (424) = 2352, who will build the Beit HaMikdash speedily in our days, in the blink of an eye.
Amen, Netzach, Selah, Va’ed.
