Master of the world, who can do anything and from whom nothing is withheld, heal for me my leg in the blink (305) of an eye (130) = 435 through the Tzaddik (209) the foundation (80) of the world (146) = 435 Nachman the son of Simcha the son of Faige.
“because (30) in Him (8) our heart (88) rejoices (358) because (30) in His Holy (410) Name (342) we trust (75)” = 1341.
Please Hashem, fulfil in me the promise, “come (19) o’ bride (55) come (19) o’ bride the Shabbat (702) Queen (491)” = 1341 and fulfill in me, “the oath which I swore (832) to your forefathers (509)” = 1341 “and He (18) is Blessed (639) in heaven (392) and on earth (299)” = 1341.
Please Hashem, faithful Healer, “You (412) are G-d (26) who answers (146) at a time (472) of distress (295)” = 1341.
And may I merit the revelation of Eliyahu the prophet who is remembered for good, because (30) he (12) is a good (17) man (311) and brings (548) good tidings (423) = 1341 and he will bring me tidings of the redemption and a complete recovery to my leg.
