Rabbi Berland’s Prayer To Recover And Guard The Eyes

Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, please (51) send (338) a complete (375) recovery (292) to my eyes (170) in the blink (305) of an eye (130).
And may I merit (39) guarding (980) the eyes (185) = 2865, and may I merit that there will be imbued in me the soul (790) of our holy (415) and awesome (268) teacher (268), ‘my Father (13) my Father (13) the cherished (92) of my eyes (140)’ .
Send me a complete recovery to my eyes, and I will use them only to look towards You, and the name havaya will never leave from before my eyes, and I will be healed already today in the blink of an eye.
And it will be this day, Father (3) who is good (17), ‘the day (56) of the rejoicing (748) of my heart (42)’ = 2865 and fulfil all (50) the requests (777) of my heart (42), and may there be fulfilled in me the saying, “because (50) Israel (541) performs (381) valor (48)”.
And through this imbue in me the souls of Moshiach (358) the son of (52) Yosef (156) Moshiach (358) the son of (52) David (14) = 2865 who will build the Beit HaMikdash speedily in our days, in the blink of an eye.
