The Kabbalist Rav Golan’s Cry for Unity and to Protest the Disgrace of a Torah Scholar

Before the mass prayer gathering and protest against the imprisonment of our Rebbe Rav Eliezer Berland shlit”a, the Kabbalist Chacham Mor Yosef Golan shlit”a from Alma delivered this message to the participants in the event, citing the importance of protesting the disgrace of a Torah scholar and the necessity for unity:

“Good and blessed evening to all souls of Israel, 21 Marcheshvan 5782, with G-d’s help, to Hashem is the earth and its fullness.

“To all the precious souls of Israel, Your people Israel, secular or religious, Ashkenazi or Sephardi, plain or simple.  Please, please, raise up a great and awesome cry to the Creator of all worlds, that there should be peace and unity in the Jewish people, and the Tzadik will be saved from an unnatural death.  Amen, may it be His will.

“I request in every way possible, a deep prayer which sits within my heart, in the merit of the holy Baba Sali, that there will be peace and unity.

“If we pray or perform an action for the Tzadik, there needs to be peace and unity between the souls of Israel — then the Tzadik will be saved from an unnatural death.

“Hashem should protect you from all evil, and if I will have the ability, I will also come to this holy and pure gathering — to protest the disgracing of a Torah scholar.  Anyone who doesn’t protest the disgrace of a Torah scholar could, G-d forbid, fall.

“Therefore, I plead in every way possible to keep the unity and peace of the Jewish people, not to harm anything in the world, whether religious or secular, policeman or policewoman, or soldier, to respect every soul of the Jewish people.

“In between, cry out a great scream to the Kadosh Baruch Hu that we should already have a complete and true redemption.  Amen, may it be His will.  Hashem should protect you from all evil.”
