PRAYER AGAINST ANXIETY, FEAR AND STRESS

Master of the world, who can do anything, fulfill in me the verse, “Don’t fear my servant Yaakov, don’t fear”.

Please Hashem, have pity on me, because, “He (12) is my G-d (41) and my living (24) redeemer (50) and the rock (302) of my portion (50) in time (472) of my struggle (295) and He (18) is my banner (120) and a refuge (182) for me (40), portion (490) of my cup (96) in the day (58) that I call (302)”.

AND I SHOULD NO LONGER BE STRESSED AND I SHOULDN’T HAVE ANY MORE ANXIETY AT ALL, G-D FORBID.

And grant me the merit, that the soul of Mashiach ben David should be infused in me, as it says “And a spirit (214) of Hashem (126) rested on him, a spirit (214) of wisdom (73) and understanding (73), spirit (214) of advice (165) and strength (222), spirit (214) of knowledge (474) and fear (617) of Hashem (26)” = 2532
