Please, Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, send (338) me (40) a complete (375) recovery (298) = 1905 to all of my 248 limbs and 365 sinews.

AND MAY I NOT NEED ANY MORE OPERATIONS IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE, IN THE MERIT OF THE TZADIK (209) THE FOUNDATION (80) OF THE WORLD (140) = 423.

And nullify my pride (15), and in the merit of Mordechai the Jew (40) who prayed for the nation of Israel.

And in this merit may I be imbued with the souls of Moshiach (358) the son (52) of Yosef (156) Moshiach (358) the son (52) of David (14) = 1045 who will bring the complete redemption in the blink of an eye.

Amen, Netzach, Selah, Va’ed.

And may I be healthy in all of my 248 limbs and 365 sinews
