לִזְכּוֹת לָצֵאת מִתַּאֲוַת אֲכִילָה וּשְׁתִיָּה וְעַל יְדֵי זֶה נִזְכֶּה לַעֲשׂוֹת מוֹפְתִים בַּשָּׁמַיִם וּבָאָרֶץ
הִתְגַּבְּרוּת עַל הָאֲכִילָה
רִבּוֹנוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם, זַכֵּנִי לָצֵאת מִתַּאֲוַת הָאֲכִילָה וְהַשְּׁתִיָּה, וְעַל יְדֵי זֶה אֶזְכֶּה לַעֲשׂוֹת מוֹפְתִים בַּשָּׁמַיִם וּבָאָרֶץ, וְלַעֲצוֹר אֶת הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ וְהַיָּרֵחַ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר “שֶׁמֶשׁ 640 בְּגִבְעוֹן 133 דּוֹם 50 וְיָרֵחַ 214 בְּעֵמֶק 211 אַיָּלוֹן 97, וַיִּדּוֹם 66 הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ 645 וְיָרֵחַ 214 עָמָד 114 עַד 74 יִקּוֹם 156 גּוֹי 19 אוֹיְבָיו” 35, וְעַל יְדֵי זֶה נַכְנִיעַ י”א 11 = 2700 אַלּוּפֵי עֵשָׂו, כִּי 30 כַּוָּנָתִי 486 בָּאֲכִילָה וּשְׁתִיָּה, לְיַחֲדָא 53 שְׁמָא 341 דְּקוּדְשָׁא 415 בְּרִיךְ 232 הוּא 12 וּשְׁכִינְתֵּיהּ 801 בִּדְחִילוּ 60 וּרְחִימוּ 270 = 2700.

OVERCOMING THE LUST TO EAT
Master of the world, grant me the merit to get out of the lust to eat and drink.
And through this may I merit to perform wonders in Heaven and on earth, and to stop the sun and the moon, like it says, “the sun (640) in Giveon (133) was still (50), and the moon (214) in the valley (211) of Ayalon (97), and the sun (645) and the moon (214) were still (66) until (74) he took revenge (156) on the nation (19) of his enemy (35)”.
And through this the eleven (11) = 2700 chiefs of Esav were subdued, because (30) I had intention (486) in my eating and drinking, to unify (53) the Name (341) of the Holy One (415) Blessed (232) is He (12), and the Shechina (801, in love (60) and awe (270) = 2700.

Maître du monde, accorde-moi le mérite de sortir du désir de manger et de boire.
