TO AVOID LOOKING AT FORBIDDEN SMART PHONES, INCLUDING THOSE THAT BELONG TO MY FRIENDS AND OTHER PEOPLE. AND TO MERIT LEARNING MANY PAGES OF THE HOLY GEMARA.
“GUARDED AND PROTECTED”
Master of the world, please help me to not look at the i-Phones of my friends, nor of the guards, and that we should disconnect from all the i-Phones, with the aim of distancing ourselves totally from this type of abomination.
And in the merit of this, we should merit that by Zot Chanukah (the 8th day of Chanuka) we should finish Masechet Yoma, 85 pages, and Masechet Rosh Hashana, 33 pages, and Masechet Sukkah, 55 pages.
And by way of this, we should merit to enter with our bodies into the Garden of Eden (177), like Serach (508) the daughter of (402) Asher (501) = 1411.

בְּתַכְלִית הָרִחוּק וְהַמִּאוּס, וּבִזְכוּת זֶה נִזְכֶּה עַד “זֹאת חֲנוּכָּה” לִגְמֹר מַסֶּכֶת יוֹמָא 85 דַּף, וּמַסֶּכֶת רֹאשׁ הַשָּׁנָה 33 דַּף, וּמַסֶּכֶת סוּכָּה 55 דַּף, וְעַל יְדֵי זֶה נִזְכֶּה לְהִכָּנֵס עִם גּוּפֵינוּ לְגַן עֵדֶן 177, כְּמוֹ שֶׂרַח 508 בַּת 402 אָשֵׁר 501 = 1411.

Does the Rav have a prayer that you should stop using a smartphone? I would really appreciate a prayer like that because it is a difficult challenge (at least for me) to switch to a kosher phone. Thank you!

D’éviter de regarder les Smartphones interdits, incluant ceux qui appartiennent à mes amis et à d’autres personnes. Et de mériter d’apprendre plusieurs pages de la Sainte Guémara

Maître du monde, s’il Te plaît aide-moi de ne pas regarder les I-Phones de mes amis, ni ceux qui sont protégés, et que nous devrions se déconnecter de tous les I-Phones, avec le but de prendre ses distances totalement de ce type d’abomination.
Et par ce mérite, nous devrions mériter que par Zot ‘Hanouka (le huitième jour de ‘Hanouka), nous devrons finir Massekhet Yoma, 85 pages, et Massekhet Roch Hachana, 33 pages, et Massekhet Soucca, 55 pages.
Et de cette façon, nous devrions mériter d’entrer avec nos corps au Gan Eden (177), comme Sera’h (508) bat ( 402) Asher (501) = 1411.
