A PRAYER TO ACT WITH MODESTY 

 Master of the world, who can do anything, “if a person is hidden in a hidden place, will I not see him?”. 

Strengthen me and fortify me that I will not take down my clothes, G-d forbid, in the washroom, and not in any place. And may I merit always to remove my clothes and to get dressed underneath a blanket, or in the bathroom. So that the walls of my home will not see the seams of my tunic.

And may I be attached to you 24 hours without pause for a moment or second. And I will always wipe myself with my left hand and not with my right hand.  

And at, the time I go to the washroom, I will not have, G-d forbid, any foreign thoughts.

And before I go into the washroom, I will say, “holy angels, holy ones from above, protect me, protect me”. And always, the angels Nuriel (297), Rafael (311), Gavriel (246) and Michael (101) = 933 will accompany me day (96) and night (81) = 177. 

AND MAY I MERIT TO BE LIKE MORDECHAI (294) AND ESTHER (661), LIKE MATTITYAHU (861) AND HIS SONS (74) = 955 AND TO BRING THE COMPLETE REDEMPTION TO THE NATION OF ISRAEL. 

>  And, in the merit of my modesty in the washroom, may I merit 10 billion dollars at every moment and second.

And may I have 10 sons and 10 daughters who are the most holy and the most modest in the world.

And in the merit of my modesty in the washroom, may I merit to be brave and strong like the brave Shimshon (696) who served You with trembling (50) and shaking (285) and fear (98) and awe (265) = 698.

תְּפִילָּה לְהִתְנַהֵג בִּצְנִיעוּת

רִבּוֹנוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם כֹּל יָכוֹל, "אִם יִסָּתֵר אִישׁ בְּמִסְתָּרִים וַאֲנִי לֹא אֶרְאֶנּוּ". חַזְּקֵנִי וְאַמְּצֵנִי שֶׁלֹּא אוֹרִיד חַס וְשָׁלוֹם אֶת הַבְּגָדִים בַּשֵּׁרוּתִים, וְלֹא בְּשׁוּם מָקוֹם. וְאֶזְכֶּה תָּמִיד לְהִתְפַּשֵּׁט וּלְהִתְלַבֵּשׁ מִתַּחַת לַשְׂמִיכָה, אוֹ בָּאַמְבַּטְיָה. שֶׁלֹּא יִרְאוּ קוֹרוֹת בֵּיתִי אֶת אִמְרֵי חֲלוּקִי. וְאֶהְיֶה דָּבוּק(ה) בְּךָ 24 שָׁעוֹת לְלֹא הֶפְסֵק רֶגַע וּשְׁנִיָּה, וְתָמִיד אֲקַנֵחַ בְּיַד שְׂמֹאל וְלֹא בְּיַד יָמִין. וּבְשָׁעָה שֶׁאֵצֵא לַשֵּׁרוּתִים לֹא

יִהְיוּ לִי חַס וְשָׁלוֹם שׁוּם מַחֲשָׁבוֹת זָרוֹת. וְלִפְנֵי שֶׁאֵצֵא לַשֵּׁרוּתִים אוֹמַר "מַלְאָכִים קְדוֹשִׁים קְדוֹשֵׁי עֶלְיוֹן כַּבְּדוּנִי כַּבְּדוּנִי". וְתָמִיד הַמַּלְאָכִים נוּרִיאֵל 297 רְפָאֵל 311 גַּבְרִיאֵל 246 מִיכָאֵל 101 = 933 יְלַוּוּ אוֹתִי יוֹמָם 96 וָלַיְלָה 81 = 177. וְאֶזְכֶּה לִהְיוֹת כְּמָרְדְּכַי 294 וְאֶסְתֵּר 661, כְּמַתִּתְיָהוּ 861 וּבָנָיו 74 = 955, וּלְהָבִיא אֶת הַגְּאוּלָה הַשְּׁלֵמָה לְעַם יִשְׂרָאֵל. וּבִזְכוּת הַצְּנִיעוּת שֶׁבַּשֵׁרוּתִים, אֶזְכֶּה לְ10 בִּלְיוֹן דּוֹלָר בְּכָל רֶגַע וּשְׁנִיָּה. וְיִהְיוּ לִי עֲשָׂרָה בָּנִים וְעֶשֶׂר בָּנוֹת הֲכִי קְדוֹשׁוֹת, וַהֲכִי צְנוּעוֹת שֶׁבָּעוֹלָם. וּבִזְכוּת הַצְּנִיעוּת שֶׁבַּשֵׁרוּתִים אֶזְכֶּה לִהְיוֹת גִּבּוֹר(ה) וְחָזָק(ה) כְּמוֹ שִׁמְשׁוֹן = 696 הַגִּבּוֹר, שֶׁעָבַד אוֹתְךָ בְּחִיל 50 וּרְעָדָה 285 וּפַחַד 98 וּבְמוֹרָא 265 = 698.
