A Great Proclamation for the Days of the Rosh Hashanah Gathering
Words of the Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Rosh Chodesh Elul is already at the threshold, and the holy fragrance of the days of the Rosh Hashanah Kibbutz by the Butzina Kadisha, the Tzaddik, Foundation of the World, Rebbe Nachman in Uman, is already carried on the air. His Holiness, the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a, spoke words of fire before the Kibbutz of 5779, which is approaching us and all of Israel for good.
"Such a Rosh Hashanah has not existed since the creation of the world, of Jerusalem, Tzfat, and Berachfeld—the initials spell 'Tzvi' (Tzfat, Jerusalem, and Berachfeld). This is the highest Rosh Hashanah that has ever been, where Tzfat and Jerusalem unite. After everything that has happened over the 70 years since 5696 (1936), we are now going to create a new unification of all Breslov Chassidim—of all the factions of Breslov—a unification that has never existed before."
"And therefore, we request that Shuvu Banim not sing 'Or Zarua L'Tzaddik' nor 'Or Zarua LaRasha,' no 'Or Zarua' at all, and not to sing 'Emet Ve'Emunah' (Rav shlit"a refers to the special melody that Shuvu Banim sings during the Maariv prayer), and at 'HaKel HaKadosh' we do not clap hands at 'HaKel HaKadosh,' nor at the blessing of 'Shomea Tefilah,' nor at the conclusion of any blessing. Rabbi Levi Yitzchak said that this is the true custom of Breslov, that out of awe of the judgment, one does not clap hands."
"To feel the awe of the judgment, for one does not know who will live and who will die. Thousands of people were with us on Rosh Hashanah a few months ago and did not merit to reach this year. No person knows who will live and who will die—so we request that Shuvu Banim integrate and not separate from the collective."
"There is going to be such a Kibbutz as has not existed since the creation of the world, of tzaddikim, holy ones, and 'Bnei Aliyah' (those of high spiritual standing); all are souls from the World of Atzilut. Only souls from the World of Atzilut enter this Kibbutz; whoever does not come from Atzilut should find himself another minyan. It is all automatic—who is worthy to enter the Kibbutz and who is not worthy. And here, it is a Kibbutz for souls from the World of Atzilut truly; all the souls that were in Uman previously, they brought them in the peak of holiness, only such souls will enter the holy Kibbutz."
"And from today, we will mention this in every shiur: that we do not sing 'Emet Ve'Emunah,' and we do not sing 'Or Zarua L'Tzaddik,' and nothing at all—we only pray. The entire essence of the Kibbutz is to integrate into everyone, not to make one's own voice heard."
The words of His Holiness, the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a, as edited from the 'Shavei Or' pamphlet, conclude here.
