A Point in Her Halls - The New Book for the Month of Elul by the Esteemed
Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

'Nekudah BeHeichaleha' (A Point in His Palaces), the new book of holy teachings and prayers from our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a, dedicated to the days of Elul
A prayer for the month of Selichot and petitions of Elul from the book - Nekudah BeHeichaleha
Master of the World, grant me the merit, in the merit of the prayers and Selichot of the month of Elul, to uproot all the impurities from the world, specifically those impurities that I have caused to the Holy of Holies and to the place of the Altar, through which we say every single day before the prayer, 'Which are the places of the sacrifices?'
The most holy offerings are slaughtered in the north. The bull and the goat of Yom Kippur are slaughtered in the north, and their blood is received in a holy vessel in the north, and their blood requires sprinkling between the poles, upon the curtain, and upon the golden altar. And the bulls that are burned and the goats that are burned. The sprinkling of their blood is upon the curtain and upon the golden altar. For through there, the prayers ascend to the place of the Holy of Holies, and there the gates of heaven are open, and without 'Which are the places,' no prayer is accepted, just as our holy Rebbe said to his brother, Rabbi Yechiel, who once skipped 'Which are the places.' How is it possible that a grandson of the Baal Shem Tov would skip 'Which are the places?'
I, from my days, have never missed or skipped 'Which are the places.'
