A Prayer Before Lighting Candles and the Rectification of All Generations

Master of the Universe, Almighty, at this hour as I stand now, at this moment, at this second, before lighting the candles of the holy Shabbat, draw down upon me the light of the Infinite (Ein Sof), the light of the Seven Days [of Creation] from before the sin. For now, at the time of lighting the candles, I am rectifying all of my sins, from the sin of Adam HaRishon (the First Man) through all the generations until this very second. And I am drawing down upon myself, upon my husband, my sons, and my daughters, the light of the Infinite, the light of the Seven Days. Through this, may I merit that all my births and my pregnancies will be without any suffering, without any pains, and without any nausea. Please, Hashem, grant me the merit, in the merit of lighting the holy Shabbat candles, to be "a vine 163 fruitful 301 in the innermost parts 642 of your house 432" = 1538. And in the merit of lighting the holy Shabbat candles, may I learn the entire Parashah (weekly Torah portion) every week, 'for there is nothing like the Torah of 1026 Moshe 345 the servant of 76 God 91' = 1538. And in the merit of lighting the holy Shabbat candles, may I merit to see Eliyahu HaNavi (Elijah the Prophet), remembered for good, at every moment and second. As it is written 448: "Behold 60 I 81 send 344 you 90 [the word 'et'] 401 Eliyahu 46 the Prophet 68" = 1538, the servant of Hashem who was pure 220 of eyes 180 = 400. And through this, I will subdue the kelipah (impure spiritual husk) of Efron = 400, who refused to give Avraham the Cave of Machpelah, and to subdue the 400 mighty men of Esav (Esau), and all the evil eye (ra ayin) = 400. ©
