A Prayer: Master of the Universe, As I Stand Before the Holy, Awesome, and Infinitely Unfathomable Tziyon of...
Yud-Hei-Vav-Hei (The Holy Name spelled out as Shem Sa"g)
And how the light of the awesome Name ascended,
Yud-Hei-Vav-Hei
And it ascended upwards to Adam Kadmon (the Primordial Man, the highest spiritual realm), and then Hashem created the Parsa (the spiritual dividing curtain) within Adam Kadmon. Then, the upper portion of Adam Kadmon was filled with wondrous lights from the unification of Shem A"b (the 72-letter Name of Hashem),
Yud-Hei-Vav-Hei (Spelled out as Shem A"b)
Together with the Shem A"b of Sa"g. The light multiplied infinitely and unfathomably until the light pierced the Parsa. A portion emerged from the eyes—this is the secret of Olam HaNekudim (the World of Points)—and a portion pierced the Parsa and descended downwards. It continued to pierce the body of Adam Kadmon from the navel and below, emerging around Adam Kadmon and uniting with the lights of the Nekudim that emerged from the eyes, which is where the Shevirah (the Shattering of the Vessels) took place.
Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Omnipotent One! After the terrible Shattering that occurred in the lights that emerged from the eyes, grant me the merit from this day onward—in the merit of the holy, awesome, and formidable tzaddik who rests here—to guard my eyes with the utmost preservation.
And may I never again look at any strange woman at all, so that I will not blemish, Heaven forbid, the holy Shechinah (Divine Presence) and the holy Emunah (faith) that exists in the three lower worlds of Beriah, Yetzirah, and Asiyah (Creation, Formation, and Action). These worlds cascade down from the Malchus of Atzilus (the Kingship of the World of Emanation), where the holy Emunah illuminates in the secret of the kosher and holy woman. For she represents three times the word "Emunah" (faith, which has the numerical value of 102): 102 x 3 = 306, which is the exact numerical value of "Isha" (woman).
Please, Merciful and Gracious One, from whom nothing is hidden or impossible! You can bring it about in the blink of an eye that I merit to return all the lights to their root, to the eyes of Adam Kadmon, by guarding my eyes in ultimate holiness and purity. May I merit to be completely included in all the wondrous lights emerging from Adam Kadmon, just as Moshe, the Faithful Shepherd, merited. He was drawn from the "hair of His head like pure wool" (Se'ar Reisha K'Amar Neka), which alludes to Amram, the father of Moshe, through whom the soul of Moshe Rabbeinu, peace be upon him, cascaded down. And similarly, may I merit like Calev ben Yefuneh, who merited to be included in the lights of the navel of Adam Kadmon. And may I merit like Yehoshua bin Nun, who merited to make the sun and moon stand still because he merited to be included in the lights of the Yesod (Foundation) of Adam Kadmon.
