Master of the Universe, Who is omnipotent, grant us the merit, Merciful Father [3], Good Father [17], to do Hisbodedus (personal prayer) every day for an hour, without interruption for even a moment or a second. And may we concentrate during Hisbodedus with all our 365 sinews and 248 limbs, with all my Nefesh, Ruach, Neshamah, Chayah, and Yechidah (the five levels of the soul).
