A Prayer to Merit Doing an Hour of Hisbodedus and to Know that the Tzaddik Hears Everything
Master of the Universe, Who is omnipotent, grant us the merit, Merciful Father [3], Good Father [17], to do Hisbodedus (personal prayer) every day for an hour, without interruption for even a moment or a second. And may we concentrate during Hisbodedus with all our 365 sinews and 248 limbs, with all my Nefesh, Ruach, Neshamah, Chayah, and Yechidah (the five levels of the soul). Please, "He Who makes salvations sprout [188] [792], Who creates healings [209] [693], Who is awesome [257]," and may I merit to heal the Rav from all illnesses. And may the Rav show me a sign that all my prayers have been accepted, and may I know that the Rav hears every sigh, every prayer, and every cry. And grant us the merit [87] to fulfill the verse: "Set me [410] as a seal [474] upon [100] your heart [52], as a seal [474] upon [100] your arm [303] = 5000, for love is as strong as death, jealousy is as hard as the grave." ©
