A Prayer to Merit, During Shovavim Ta”t, to Circumcise the Foreskin of Our Hearts, Not to Turn Away from Hashem Even by a Hair’s Breadth, to Persevere in Learning the Shas Throughout Shovavim and the Entire Year, to Be Careful to Say the Tikkun HaKlali at the Time of the Molad, and to See the Building of Jerusalem

Seventh Week of Shovavim Ta”t
In the seventh week of Shovavim, we merit to ascend to Adam Kadmon of Adam Kadmon (the most primordial, supernal level of “Primordial Man” in Kabbalah). For in a leap year there are eight weeks, corresponding to the eight days of milah (circumcision). Because through Shovavim Ta”t we circumcise the foreskin of our hearts, so as not to turn away from the Holy One, blessed be He, even for a single second—even by a single hair’s breadth—and so that we will not remove our hearts from Kudsha Brich Hu u’Shechintei (the Holy One, blessed be He, and His Shechinah, the Divine Presence).
For there are three signs that correspond to the eight weeks of Shovavim: “Tefillin” corresponds to the first six weeks; “Shabbat” corresponds to the seventh week of Shovavim; and “Milah” corresponds to the eighth week of Shovavim.
And King David said, “I rejoice over Your word like one who finds abundant spoil.” “I rejoice (sas)” refers to the first six weeks of Shovavim, in which everything is rectified. “Spoil (shalal)” is an acronym for the verse “Set your hearts to her ramparts; pass through her palaces” (i.e., focus your heart on the fortifications and inner strength of Jerusalem), whose initial letters form Aleph—meaning the Aleph-Beit (the Hebrew alphabet), which is said regarding the building of Jerusalem, the Holy City.
For through saying the Tikkun HaKlali at the time of the molad (the lunar conjunction/new-moon moment), we merit to see the building of complete Jerusalem. “Shalal” in gematria (numerical value) equals Shas (the entire Talmud). The main thing, therefore, is learning the Shas throughout all of Shovavim Ta”t, and throughout the entire year. And only through this will we merit the complete Geulah (redemption) speedily in our days, in the blink of an eye—amen, forever and ever.
For the success and salvation of Adel bat Ronit, may she be blessed with a complete recovery.
