A Prayer to Merit Handing Over and Sacrificing My Entire Being to Hashem, May He Be Blessed, and to Know That There is Absolutely None Besides Him

Before learning Tractate Zevachim

Master of the Universe, the Almighty, grant me the merit to hand over my soul and sacrifice myself for the sanctification of Hashem's Name, and to love You with all my heart and soul, with all my 248 limbs and 365 sinews, with every level of my soul—Nefesh, Ruach, Neshamah, Chayah, and Yechidah. And may I know that there is nothing besides You, "There is none besides You and nothing other than You, for there is none to compare to You, Hashem our God, in this world, and there is none besides You, our King, for the life of the World to Come; there is nothing other than You, our Redeemer, for the days of Mashiach, and there is none like You, our Savior, for the Resurrection of the Dead." Please, Master of the Universe, the Almighty, grant me the merit to sacrifice myself to You in every single moment and second, as it is written, "And you shall say, 'It is a Passover sacrifice to Hashem,'" because the entire service of a person, day and night, from the day of his birth until the day of his death, is solely to sacrifice himself to Hashem, may He be blessed, with his entire Nefesh, Ruach, Neshamah, Chayah, and Yechidah. For this is the secret of the verse (Isaiah 27:13), "And it shall come to pass on that day, that a great shofar shall be sounded, and those who were lost in the land of Assyria and those who were cast away in the land of Egypt shall come, and they shall bow down to Hashem on the holy mountain in Jerusalem." The secret of bowing down is to sacrifice oneself to Hashem, may He be blessed.
