A Rare Conversation Between the Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a and the
Kabbalist Rabbi Dov Kook shlit"a

A rare conversation between the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, and the Kabbalist Rabbi Dov Kook shlit"a from Tiberias, which took place on the 5th of Iyar, 5775, the day of Yesod she-be-Tiferet.
During his words, our teacher, the Rav, strengthens Rabbi Kook and says that he will bring the entire city of Tiberias to teshuvah (repentance), the Geulah (Redemption) will come soon, and the Sanhedrin will arise from Tiberias. Furthermore, the Rav spoke about the importance of traveling to the tomb of Joseph in Shechem during the day of Yesod she-be-Yesod and said that 10,000 people would come. Listen to the essence of these fascinating words:
Rav Berland: "Hod she-be-Tiferet, Hod she-be-Tiferet, today is the 20th day of the Omer (Yesod she-be-Tiferet, the time the conversation was held in 5775)."
Rabbi Kook: "Shalom Aleichem, honorable Rav."
Rav Berland: "Shalom Aleichem, today is Yom Kippur, after the death of Moses and Aaron, today is the eve of the Sabbath of Yom Kippur... The Zohar says that there was such a great light, like Yom Kippur."
"The Sanhedrin will come from Tiberias, and your honor will be the head of the Sanhedrin," (Rav Berland says to Rabbi Kook). "It is written (Rambam, Laws of Sanhedrin, Chapter 14) that the Sanhedrin will come from Tiberias, it will emerge from the navel of the world, Tiberias is the center of the world... Tiberias is the greatest, holiest city. Sefirat Netzach, it is written that Tiberias is the Sefirah of Netzach, Safed is Hod..."
"We are arriving at Yesod she-be-Tiferet, which is the holy name of Mah. 'And He will give strength to His king and raise the horn of His Mashiach' (I Samuel 2:10), the prayer of Hannah; Hannah prayed that the son (Samuel) would reveal the King Mashiach. 'I am the woman who stood with you here' (ibid. 1:26)."
"Now we are in Yesod she-be-Tiferet, the tikkun (rectification) of the Sefirah of Yesod, Yesod she-be-Yesod, Joseph the Tzaddik; everyone is traveling to Shechem, there will be 10,000 people there (in the year 5775)... Yesod she-be-Yesod is the Sefirah where all the incarnations are rectified."
"Rebbe Nachman says that even if a person has rectified in this incarnation, he does not know what happened in the previous incarnation... In Yesod she-be-Yesod, all the screens fall away; no screen remains..."
"Now (Parshat Acharei Mot-Kedoshim, when the conversation took place), after the death of Nadav and Avihu, fire surrounds us. Whoever performs a brit today or on Shabbat, a flame of fire surrounds him..."
"A person can reach the age of 148, the gematria of Nachman, easily, if he guards his eyes and his thoughts, then he will bring the whole world to teshuvah (repentance). Adam HaRishon was stingy; he gave King David only 70 years. If he had given him another 30 years (a total of 100 years), the Geulah (Redemption) would have come and the First Temple would have been built... for a Temple of fire can descend even on Shabbat."
"Now we are surrounded by a Temple of fire; this is the Butzina d'Kardonita that pierces all the screens. We are all traveling to Meron; at two o'clock there will be the lighting, and everyone must come to the lighting."
"Your honor (Rav Berland addresses Rabbi Kook personally) will see miracles and wonders, and you will have a yeshiva with 10,000 students. Now is a time of favor; in Netzach, all the intellects of the world are revealed..."
"A person comes into the world and they tell him, 'You did not pay,' because you received life, you received a portion and you did not use it... A person worked his whole life, but he paid with a token, he paid with cents; it is terrible and frightening."
"In Parshat Pinchas, the souls of Nadav and Avihu were reincarnated; a person must weep over Nadav and Avihu, and whoever weeps for them is guaranteed that his children will not die during his lifetime."
