A Shuvu Banim Lesson in Be’er Sheva at the Home of the Holy Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Last Wednesday night, the night of the 17th of MarCheshvan, our friends from the city of Be’er Sheva entered further into the inner sanctum to hear words of the Living G-d—strengthening and awakening—from The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, in his holy residence.
Presented here is a brief summary of the points The Rav shlit"a mentioned during the lesson:
The Rav shlit"a opened the lesson with the Book of Shoftim, speaking about the life of Shimshon: how, after they took his wife, he went and burned the fields of the Philistines. He also spoke about the greatness of those who travel to Shimshon’s holy tziyun, which is located in the forest of Eshtaol. After that, he spoke about Manoach being a gilgul of Noach—who needed to play music and sing, and through this to bring the entire generation back in teshuvah. Within his words, The Rav shlit"a also addressed the matter of fighting the Yishmaelim, and he strengthened the reserve soldiers who participated in the lesson.
Later in the lesson, he spoke about Eliyahu on Har HaCarmel: how they tried to outsmart matters by having Chiel the Beit HaEli light the fire of the altar, but a snake struck him. He then spoke about the weekly parashah, and how—because Avraham said, “How will I know that I will inherit it?”—we are in Galus until this very day, as brought in the Gemara in Nedarim (32a).
Toward the end of the lesson, The Rav shlit"a spoke about the order of the generations before the Flood, and about the episode of Lemech, who killed his grandfather Kayin and his son Tuval-Kayin—and how Adah and Tzillah did not want to live with him until Adam HaRishon arrived.
After a lesson of about fifty minutes, The Rav shlit"a concluded by saying that from the tribe of Menasheh the Geulah will come, because they gave their lives for the honor of Shaul’s dead body and brought him to burial with mesirus nefesh—for if they had been caught bringing him to burial, they would have been killed on the spot.
