A Story of Divine Providence: The Car That Stopped Exactly in Front of the Right Building in Beitar / A Miracle Story

A chassid who was asked to transport books for Rabbi Berland shlit"a to the city of Beitar parked randomly on the street. When he inquired about the address, he was amazed to discover that he had stopped exactly in front of the requested building.
A Story of Divine Providence: The Car That Stopped Exactly in Front of the Right Building in Beitar
A certain Jew, who merited the special role of bringing our teacher, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, the holy books he needs, related a wondrous story of Divine Providence. He regularly brings the Rav new books according to his request, and merits to serve the tzaddik up close.
Recently, when the Rav shlit"a was staying in the city of Zichron Yaakov, a need arose to transfer a large quantity of books to him. The books were located in the Rav's home on HaChoma HaShlishit Street in the holy city of Jerusalem, and they needed to be transported to their new destination.
A Mission of a Mitzvah
That same chassid was asked to do this using his private car. He was, of course, very happy for the privilege to fulfill this important mitzvah. He loaded the holy books into his car and set out on his way. The plan was to drive to the city of Beitar Illit, where the books needed to arrive first, and from there they would be transferred onward to Zichron Yaakov.
He arrived in Beitar, entered one of the streets, and parked next to a completely random building, without knowing exactly where he needed to go. After turning off the engine, he called the contact person to ask for the exact address where he needed to deliver the books.
Heavenly Guidance
When he was told the address over the phone, he could not believe his ears. "Wonder of wonders! He looked at the building he had parked next to, and discovered that it was the exact place and address to which he was sent," his associates related with excitement.
This is truly a tremendous wonder. Out of the thousands of buildings in the city of Beitar, Hashem, may He be blessed, guided him and led his car with perfect precision to the place where he needed to bring the books for the tzaddik. This story illustrates how one who is engaged in the affairs of the tzaddik merits precise and wondrous Divine Providence at every single step.
A Miracle Story: The Iron That Penetrated the Child's Head and the Blessing That Saved His Life
At one of the gatherings of the holy group in the "Nachalei Netzach" Yeshiva, a wondrous and moving story was told about the power of the tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. The incident occurred when a young boy went through a horrific and unusual accident. A piece of iron several centimeters long penetrated straight into the child's head, injuring him severely.
Severe Injury and Medical Helplessness
The child's condition was extremely dangerous, and he was rushed quickly to receive emergency treatment. The medical team that examined him was horrified by the severity of the injury and the sensitive location where the iron had struck inside the skull. The doctors stood helpless, not knowing what to do to save his life without causing irreversible brain damage. Despair began to seep in, and the family realized they needed a salvation above the laws of nature.
The Tzaddik's Blessing and the Miracle of Salvation
In their distress, the family members urgently turned to our teacher, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, to ask for his help and blessing in this critical hour. The tzaddik heard the details of the difficult case, pleaded on his behalf, and blessed the child from the depths of his heart. The Rav's blessing took effect, and the child began to recover in a wondrous manner, contrary to all the grim medical prognoses.
The miracle was complete and absolute. That child, who was in real mortal danger, healed completely and grew up beautifully. Today, he is a precious avreich (Torah scholar) and a family man, alive and well by the grace of Hashem, may He be blessed, serving as a living, breathing testimony to the tzaddik's power to bring about salvations even in situations that seem completely hopeless.
A Wondrous Story: The Young Man Who Practiced Hisbodedus in the Field and Received an Answer Through Ruach HaKodesh
This story, which has already been published in the past, perfectly illustrates the revealed Ruach HaKodesh (Divine Inspiration) of our teacher, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. The incident occurred with a precious young man from among the tzaddik's followers, who found himself in deep inner turmoil during the election period.
A Cry from the Depths of the Heart During Hisbodedus
That young man went out to practice hisbodedus (secluded personal prayer) in the field before Hashem, may He be blessed, and cried out from the depths of his soul out of genuine confusion. He asked the Creator of the World what he should do, as he felt in his soul that he was incapable of participating in the elections. This feeling stemmed from the well-known outcry of the holy tzaddik, Rabbi Yoel of Satmar zy"a (may his merit protect us all, Amen), as well as the opinion of other Torah giants of Israel who opposed it.
On the other hand, the young man knew very well that there are other Torah giants of Israel who hold differently and instruct people to vote. The inner conflict gave him no rest, and he cried out and pleaded profusely to Hashem, may He be blessed, to illuminate his path and show him the right way for him.
A Heavenly Answer Before the Question Was Asked
After that stormy hisbodedus, the young man came to our teacher, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, to lay out his doubts before him. However, to his immense surprise, he did not even have time to open his mouth.
Even before he said a single word about the dilemma that was tearing his soul apart, the Rav shlit"a immediately turned to him and said with revealed Ruach HaKodesh: "You are not participating in the elections."
This story leaves us in awe of the power of true tzaddikim, who see the hidden depths of the heart and hear the cries of hisbodedus of their students even from afar, guiding every Jew exactly on the path that belongs to the root of his soul.
