"A Woman's Soul is Hewn from the Throne of Glory, from the Infinite Light!" • The Daily Lesson from the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Before you is the full daily lesson as delivered by our teacher, the Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a – yesterday after the Maariv prayer, Wednesday, Parshat Tetzaveh, the night of the 13th of Adar I:

"So, every woman—her soul is hewn from the Throne of Glory (Kiseh HaKavod), from a thread of the Infinite Radiance (Ohr Ein Sof). Therefore, no woman sinned in the Golden Calf (Egel), nor in the sin of the Spies (Meraglim). The Zohar says that they [the men] cut their ears, they tore the earrings off with their ears [to take the gold for the calf]. Therefore, the women received the New Moons (Roshei Chodashim)—twelve days a year of Yom Tov (holiday). And no woman sinned with the Spies, nor in any [other communal] sin. A woman does not sin; a woman does not have a natural inclination to sin like a man. A man is exposed to sins, a woman is not. And therefore, no woman died in the desert; in forty years, not a single woman died. They all entered the Land [of Israel], they all lived until they entered the Land. Even Yocheved lived two hundred and fifty years; at one hundred and thirty she gave birth to Moshe, and another hundred and twenty [years of the desert/life], that is exactly two hundred and fifty years. All of this is brought by the Ramban [Nachmanides] in Genesis, Chapter 46, Verse 15—that the children of Leah were thirty-three, among them Yocheved, who lived two hundred and fifty years. A woman can live two hundred and fifty years; every woman who comes to Shuvu Banim can see children and grandchildren until the end of generations, two hundred and fifty years. And every woman needs to break her 'Xiaomi' (smartphone/unfiltered device); this is the work of our generation, to break the Xiaomi—it is the work of the Satan (the Accuser). Anyone who has a Xiaomi or saw an impure sight will never leave Gehinnom (purgatory/hell). Not even at the Resurrection of the Dead (Techiyas HaMeisim). Every woman who breaks the Xiaomi will see a pillar of fire, she will be surrounded by torches of fire. Like Deborah, the wife of Lappidoth (Ashet Lappidoth)—she broke the 'Xiaomi' [of her time], so she was surrounded by flames of fire, torches of fire; therefore they called her 'Lappidoth' (Torches). Like Rabbi Zira and Rabbi Yonatan ben Uziel, who were surrounded by flames of fire!".
