Additional Rabbis Join the Halachic Ruling Against Lines Spreading Lashon Hara
and Dispute

Additional Torah leaders have joined the severe Halachic ruling of the Av Beit Din of Heichal Hora'ah, the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Brandstorfer shlit"a, against the existence of telephone lines that spread lashon hara, controversy, and destruction, and especially against the line that spreads hatred against the great leaders of Israel—the 'Breslov Emet' line.
The Gaon Rabbi Shimon Baadani shlit"a, Rosh Kollel Torah V'Chaim and member of the Moetzet Chachmei HaTorah, wrote in his own hand:
"I have always warned that it is forbidden to speak evil about any person of Israel, until a competent Beit Din examines the matter and instructs accordingly in practice. And to my regret, the implementation is very bad; the Satan has sent forces that distance the Geulah, and there are those who are drawn after them, and may Hashem have mercy.
They will need to act according to law and Halacha.
Great Torah leaders will rule according to law and Halacha.
And may it be fulfilled in us, 'And remove the Satan from before us and from behind us,' and may the Geulah sprout soon: even though I am not worthy or fitting. But this is what I have written according to the Halacha."
The Gaon Rabbi Aharon Feighendler shlit"a, Rosh Yeshiva of Machaneh Yisrael and Chairman of the Committee for the Purity of Communication, also added his signature and agreement to the Halachic ruling.
