"At the Time of the Molad

The Molad (birth of the new moon) of the month of Iyar will occur today - Wednesday, the 30th of Nissan, the first day of Rosh Chodesh (the New Month) Iyar 5784. At 12:20 PM and 8 chalakim (parts of a minute), before you is a prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days) for the Molad of the month of Iyar 5784:

Master of the World, Almighty, from Whom no purpose can be withheld, at the Molad (birth of the new moon) of Iyar which will occur on Wednesday, the 30th of Nissan at 12:20 PM, 8 chalakim (parts), Chesed she'be'Tiferet (Kindness within Beauty). And then, all 50 Gates of Binah (Understanding) and all 32 Paths of Chochmah (Wisdom) shall be opened for each and every man and woman. And then all the gates of wisdom are opened in the merit of Rashbi (Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai), whose yahrtzeit (anniversary of passing) will occur on the 18th of Iyar, Hod she'be'Hod (Splendor within Splendor), for then the Infinite abundance is channeled from Above, and the Or HaGanuz (Hidden Light) of the seven days of Creation is revealed, about which it is said, "And the light of the moon shall be like the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, like the light of the seven days," and this is the light that is revealed every Lag BaOmer in each and every year, and the beginning of its revelation is from the moment of the Molad, which is sevenfold 7 × 7 × 7, 343 myriad lights, in the secret of "And I saw a golden Menorah (candelabra) and its seven lamps, and seven and seven [pipes] to the seven lamps upon it," for the secret of the Menorah, which will be sevenfold the light of the seven days, is revealed starting from the moment of the Molad of the month of Iyar.
