Bringing the Name Havayah into the Heels • The Daily Lesson from the Gaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Here is the complete daily lesson as delivered by The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, last night—Tuesday night, the eve of the 22nd of Av, Parshas Re’eh, after the Ma’ariv prayer:
“And it shall be, because you will listen” (Devarim 7:12)—“And it shall be, eikev”: Rebbe Nachman says to make the heels spring. It is like Serach bas Asher, who all day long did nothing but dance—she entered Gan Eden with her body. For we must bring Havayah there: to bring the Name Havayah into the heels, so that the heels will spring and lift the entire body. And that is why the dogs did not eat Izevel’s feet. It is written in chapter 17 [Melachim II] that Izevel merited that the dogs did not eat either the palms of her hands or the soles of her feet—because she would clap her hands all day long, and dance. And whoever dances all day long will enter Gan Eden with the body.”
To watch the replay of last night’s Ma’ariv prayer with singing and niggunim—the lesson begins at 35:35
