Coverage of Shabbat Va'eschanan in the Presence of HaGaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

An exalted Shabbat in the presence of HaGaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a: Singing with great enthusiasm with the Rav for a long time, Sheva Brachos (festive post-wedding celebrations) for grooms and a Bar Mitzvah celebration * In total, HaGaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a spent nearly ten hours with Anash (our community) during the Shabbat.
On Friday night, our teacher HaGaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a entered for the Mincha (afternoon) prayer exactly at the minute of sunset at 19:26. He stood by the shtender (lectern) and prayed the prayers of Kabbalat Shabbat (welcoming the Shabbat) and Lecha Dodi with full vitality and with the well-known melody of "Shamor V'Zachor" and "Likrat Shabbat," which lasted 36 minutes, as well as all the melodies the Rav shlit"a is accustomed to singing. Before the Shemoneh Esrei (the standing prayer), the Rav shlit"a sang the melody "V'Shamru Bnei Yisrael" for about four minutes.
At the conclusion of the prayer, the Rav shlit"a sang the melodies of Shalom Aleichem, Ribbon Kol HaOlamim, Eshet Chayil in the well-known Breslov melody, Kah Echsof (I long), and more according to his holy custom. At 21:35, at the conclusion of the prayer and the lesson, the Rav returned to his home after spending nearly two hours with the public.
In the morning, the Rav entered for prayer at 04:45, and as every Shabbat, the prayer was conducted with great devekus (attachment to Hashem) with all the melodies, as he waved and encouraged the singing and the children, with each song lasting several minutes.
During the Torah reading, two grooms who were celebrating Sheva Brachos (festive post-wedding celebrations) were called up: the groom Nachman Raz and the groom Nachman Mor, while the Bar Mitzvah boy Nachman Siani was called up for Maftir (the final Torah portion).
At the end of the long Torah reading, and the singing of "Zera Chaya V'Kayama" (living and viable offspring) and "Av HaRachamim" (Father of Mercy) with great vitality, they prayed Musaf (the additional prayer), and at its conclusion, the Rav shlit"a gave a short lesson. At 11:37, after nearly four hours, the Rav returned to his holy home.
At 19:36, the Rav shlit"a entered for the Mincha (afternoon) prayer with pleasantness and songs, the Torah reading, Seudah Shlishit (the third meal), and the singing of "Bnei Heichala" (sons of the palace) and "Kah Ribbon" (G-d, Master) for a long time and with immense enthusiasm, while the Rav sat on his chair and encouraged the singing with immense joy, singing with the crowd "Koh Amar Hashem Matza Chen BaMidbar" (Thus says Hashem, they found grace in the desert), and other songs with devekus (attachment to Hashem) for long minutes.
After the Maariv (evening) prayer, a Melaveh Malka (post-Shabbat meal) was held, and at its conclusion, the Rav shlit"a gave a lesson in Chayei Moharan (the life of Rebbe Nachman).
At all the prayers with the Rav shlit"a, a particularly large crowd was present this Shabbat due to "Bein HaZmanim" (the inter-session break for yeshivas), as many took advantage of their stay in Jerusalem to be in the presence of the Rav shlit"a.
