"Despite the Elections, There Are No Decrees" – The Words of the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

During a public audience held by our teacher, His Holy Eminence, the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), on the night following the elections in Elul 5779 (September 2019), the Rav shlit"a said:

"Now there are no gezeros (harsh decrees), there is no decree at all; it doesn't matter what happened in the elections."

"We are within the pach hashemen (the pure cruse of oil); Shuvu Banim will always be victorious—they will not take the Kotel (Western Wall), they will not take anything, even though they want to."

Present at that same occasion together with Rabbi Berland shlit"a were Rabbi Vaknin shlit"a, the Rosh Kollel (head of the Torah study hall) in Olga, and his son.
