Emergency Campaign for the Release of Rabbi Berland shlit"a - Listen: The Holy Call of the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a - We Ascended High Levels in Tzalmon, But Now It Has Reached the Level of Pikuach Nefesh (Life-Threatening Danger)

The Rav shlit"a in a special message to the entire Nation of Israel: "Everyone from age 17 and up should contribute one thousand shekels for our success in the trial. Now we must annul the harsh decree, as the Rav has been in prison for seven months already. They have hired a team of top lawyers who can turn the bowl upside down [completely reverse the situation]. The legal system costs nearly a million shekels, therefore everyone must mobilize; everyone from age 17 and up must mobilize to donate one thousand shekels. The matter is pikuach nefesh (life-threatening danger); captivity is worse than famine and the sword. In captivity, there are all the 39 lashes; it is like iron combs [of torture]. To be in Tzalmon is like iron combs. By the onset of Shabbat, we must raise the million shekels." The Rav shlit"a requests with his holy voice—who will hear this and not run to seize this rare opportunity for such a Pidyon Shvuyim (Redemption of Captives)?!
"Gabbaim (collectors) will be appointed in every city, in every moshav, and in every synagogue, and the Rav will be able to be released on Wednesday, with the help of Hashem, and 'The Jews had light and gladness, joy and honor.'"
[audio mp3="https://www.shuvubanimint.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Cheshvan-5777-ב-חשוון-תשעז-מוכן-להפצה.mp3" autoplay="true"][/audio]But just before we continue to contemplate the awesome, holy sayings emanating from the mouth of the Rebbe, the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, let us look at what the 'Flowing Brook, Source of Wisdom' [Rebbe Nachman] revealed to us (Likutey Moharan 70): "For the Tzaddik is the Yesod Olam (Foundation of the World), as it is written: 'And the Tzaddik is the foundation of the world,' and all things stand upon him. He has a power that draws, to draw all things to him, for this Tzaddik is the only one in the world who is the Foundation of the World, from whom all things are drawn. Even all the [other] Tzaddikim are only branches from him... And this Tzaddik draws all influences to the world in the aspect of: 'And dust of gold,' for all influences are drawn from the aspect of dust/earth, from the aforementioned Tzaddik. Therefore, if one gives charity to this Tzaddik, he is blessed immediately, because it is an aspect of sowing in the earth, which sprouts double and quadruple in the aspect of: 'Sow for yourselves for charity, and reap according to kindness.'"
"In Tzalmon [Prison], a Temple of fire must descend; here all iniquities are whitened, all the transgressions a person has committed since the sin of Adam Kadmon, for here the crimson thread turns white. Tzalmon is the aspect of Mount Sinai, where all iniquities were forgiven and their [spiritual] filth ceased, as the Midrash Tanchuma says that women whose filth ceased were no longer niddah (ritually impure), and for all 40 years they were pure. And whoever merits to be in the aspect of Mount Sinai in Tzalmon merits that all iniquities are removed from him, for Mount Sinai is also called Mount Bashan, which is the gematria (numerical value) of: Nachman ben Simcha."
"A person comes into the world only to crown Hashem over the world, to show that only Hashem rules. Hashem leads everyone on a wondrous path, provided he does not throw away the insults [he receives], for every insult is a diamond. Everyone can stop a Holocaust; if everyone screamed 'In the merit of Rebbe Nachman,' there would be no decrees, because the names of the Tzaddikim sweeten all the decrees."
"We merited that we are in Tzalmon, where we receive all the insults. One must not fight against insults; Rebbe Nachman says (Likutey Moharan 55) that insults establish you and lift you up. An insult is a diamond the size of a house, and it is impossible to ascend even one level without an insult, to the point that Rebbe Nachman said about himself that he needs to be insulted from moment to moment. When Rebbe Nachman returned from his journey to Eretz Yisrael, he said he brought us a gift: dispute (machloket). The meaning is that he brought us the power to withstand the disputes and insults that will pass over everyone. A person needs the whole world to disagree with him, that 24 hours a day insults should pass over him."
"Even if a person confesses all day and says: 'We have trespassed, we have betrayed,' etc., he feels no shame at all, until others say this about him."
"Now we must annul the harsh decree, as the Rav has been in prison for seven months already, now that they have hired top lawyers who believe they can turn the bowl upside down [reverse the case]. The legal system costs nearly a million shekels, therefore everyone must mobilize; everyone from age 17 and up must mobilize to donate one thousand shekels. The matter is pikuach nefesh (life-threatening danger); captivity is worse than famine and the sword. In captivity, there are all the 39 lashes; it is like iron combs, to be in Tzalmon. [audio mp3="https://www.shuvubanimint.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/intro-for-site.mp3"][/audio]The time has come to be released, the Rav shlit"a reveals to us. Indeed, in Tzalmon one ascends degrees and merits spiritual attainments, but we have reached a situation of pikuach nefesh. Who is wise and will not hurry to answer the holy call of the Tzaddik? We all want to be blessed with parnassah (livelihood) and we make efforts in various and exhausting ways, but there is nothing that sprouts blessing more than a donation to the Tzaddik—"If one gives charity to this Tzaddik, he is blessed immediately because it is an aspect of sowing in the earth, which sprouts double and quadruple" (Likutey Moharan, ibid).
