The appeal is to the entire holy public who for decades have been drinking from the waters of his Torah and taking refuge in his shadow, and of course to everyone with a Jewish soul within them who cries out against the severe injustice being done to the tzaddik, the foundation of the world, who literally fights with his body for the people of Israel.

We are facing complex developments regarding the legal and medical issues of Rav Berland.

There are still entire processes that need to be dealt with both medically and legally, therefore the expenses of supporting the Rav in all matters related to medicine and law, and maintaining the household we mention every month, with all the associated matters, are enormous expenses - the activists involved are collapsing under the immense burden of expenses.

Therefore, we appeal to the wider public, everyone who can help, the Rabbinical Committee manages this and everything is done under their supervision. It was decided that every family should strive to donate at least a thousand shekels, and if possible to solicit friends, acquaintances, may the blessing be upon you, because there is no doubt that it is a great mitzvah to help our teacher Rav Berland in this situation. We are dealing with new legal and medical issues every day.

On this occasion, I want to strengthen what was requested of us, even the lawyers approached us and enlisted us to strengthen greatly in prayer and the recitation of the Tikkun HaKlali for the healing and success of Rav Berland, because despite the plea bargain, there are several very important and significant legal issues that need to be addressed.

Therefore, anyone who can help with this, the Rabbinical Committee decided that every family should give a thousand shekels, and simultaneously strengthen with many prayers. Because we still need a lot of prayers.., and everyone who helps will be rewarded manifold.
