Tonight, the 13th of Tammuz, marks the Hillula (anniversary of passing) of the soul-friend of the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), namely the holy Savraner Rebbe zy"a (may his merit protect us), who passed away eleven years ago. Today, in honor of the yahrtzeit (anniversary of passing), the Rav shlit"a wrote an awesome prayer to be recited at his holy Tziyun (gravesite) located on the heights of Har HaZeisim (the Mount of Olives). Master of the World, Almighty One, as we arrive here at the holy and awesome Tziyun (gravesite) of the Savraner Rebbe, who was the giant of the generation, unique in his time, [we pray] that anyone who prostrates himself upon his holy and awesome grave shall be blessed with children (to be blessed with children) in the blink of an eye with ten sons and afterwards with ten daughters, and shall be healed in the blink of an eye from every plague and illness, ailment and pain. May he never have any ailments or pains throughout all the days of his life, no headaches, no eye pain, and no other ailments in any other parts of the body, Heaven forbid. And may all the mental faculties (mochin) and all 50 Gates of Binah (Understanding) be opened, and may he know the entire Shas (Talmud) forward and backward, with proficiency and depth, word for word, letter for letter. Likewise, all 14 volumes of the Rambam (Maimonides), and all four parts of the Shulchan Aruch (Code of Jewish Law), and all four Turim, with all their commentators and armor-bearers (super-commentaries), and all the commentators such as Mahari Korkus and Rabbeinu Manoach, Kesef Mishneh, Lechem Mishneh, Maggid Mishneh, Mishneh LaMelech, and Sha'ar HaMelech, and the other commentators. And likewise, all the Beis Yosef and the Bach, Darchei Moshe, and also all the Shach, Sma, Magen Avraham, Taz, Chelkas Mechokek, and Beis Shmuel. And likewise, all the Zohars and Tikkunei Zohar, and the entire Etz Chaim, Pri Etz Chaim, Shemonah She'arim (Eight Gates), and Sha'ar HaPesukim, and Sefer HaLikkutim. And Pele Yoetz and Menoras HaMaor, and Shevet Mussar and Mesillas Yesharim, and Sha'arei Teshuvah and Orchot Tzaddikim. And the rest of the holy and awesome books, such as Sfas Emes and Chiddushei HaRim, Imrei Noam and Zera Kodesh, and other holy and awesome books. And everything is through the power and merit of the holy and awesome Tziyun (gravesite) of the Savraner Rebbe, as we stand here next to his holy and awesome Tziyun, pouring out the outpouring of our hearts and the meditation of our lips.
