Fire: All the Sights and Words of Torah from the Yahrzeit of Moharanat of
Breslov with the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a: Watch

The central Hillula gathering for Moharnat of Breslov, at the Shuvu Banim community of Breslov in the holy city of Jerusalem—175 years since the passing of the Butzina Kadisha, the Light of Lights, the dear student of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov.
Many students, prominent rabbis, and masses of the House of Israel arrived from all over the country for the central event, to crowd under the mantle of our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a, and to quench their thirst from his Torah.
Before the arrival of our teacher, Rav Berland shlit"a, many rabbis honored the occasion by speaking on the power of the holiness of this great and awesome day, the Yahrtzeit of the tzaddik, on which his soul shines with great intensity.
The joy of the singing and dancing was led by the famous musician Yoely Klein, as well as musicians Moishy Mendelson and Avraham Balti. The atmosphere was filled with holy reverence and joy.
From the words of our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a at the holy gathering
"The Yahrtzeit of Rebbe Nathan, the 10th of Tevet, is like Yom Kippur; it overrides Shabbat. On the 10th of Tevet, a Holy Temple of fire descends. Rebbe Nathan himself was a Holy Temple of fire; Rebbe Nathan was the Leviathan—'Leviathan' plus 'Avah' equals the gematria of 'Rebbe Nathan' (500)."
"Rebbe Nathan was the Rebbe himself; this is the master and the student who have been watched since the day of the creation of the world. They were the purpose of the creation of heaven and earth; 'Let us make man' was said regarding the Rebbe and Rebbe Nathan."
"Rebbe Nathan was persecuted his entire life. He was in prison several times; he suffered curses and insults, they threw him out of his house, they spat in his face, they wrote letters saying his blood was permitted to be shed."
"And in this way they refined him, until he shone like the Light of the Seven Days, like seven suns, like the body of Adam HaRishon before the sin. Through all the persecutions he endured, he was refined more and more until he merited to be the image of the Rebbe."
"Rebbe Nathan was the pinnacle of 'yishuv hadaat' (settled mind). He asked to be buried in 'Yishuv Hadaat', so he passed away at the onset of Shabbat, and 24 hours passed from his passing until his burial. He was buried when the moon was full, because Rebbe Nathan was the moon and the Rebbe was the sun."
"Now, on the Yahrtzeit, we receive the Light of the Seven Days. When one studies Likutey Halachot, one merits the Light of the Seven Days. For Chava shone more than twice as much as Adam HaRishon. A person must be in the 'Atik' (Ancient One), not seeing the world."
"It is written that one who calls Abraham 'Avram' violates a positive commandment, but for Jacob, even though his name was changed to Israel, we still call him Jacob. Because Jacob is 'Ekev-Yud' (the heel of the Yud), it is 'I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes forever, to the heel (ekev).' Because Jacob was always at the heel, he merited the double 'Anochi'—'I (Anochi) will go down with you to Egypt, and I (Anochi) will also surely bring you up.' And Mount Tabor also merited the double 'Anochi'—'I (Anochi) to Hashem, I (Anochi) will sing.'"
"Why did Elijah not kill Jezebel? Because she would dance at weddings and kick up her heels (Chidushei HaRim)."
"'Yisrael' is 'Li-Rosh' (to me is the head), like the Rebbe, like Joseph the Tzaddik who did not cease dancing, who did not sleep or eat but only danced for 22 years; he rectified the Aleph."
"Why does the Torah begin with the letter Bet and not Aleph? After all, in the Aleph there are so many good things: truth (emet), faith (emunah), light (orah), unity (achdut), etc. Rather, it is because the Aleph is alone; it is not like the Bet which joins (Sefat Emet, Vayigash Likutim). Therefore, one must be included in a group."
"And everyone who is named after the Rebbe or after Rebbe Nathan, this is the goal of Shuvu Banim: to continue the soul of Rebbe Nathan."
"Now is the greatest moment—175 years since his passing, and next year, 5781, it will fall on Parshat Vayigash, just like in the year 5605 (1845), which was the revelation of the Tzaddik—Joseph the Tzaddik who cried out 'I am Joseph'."
"Wherever there are ten people, the Rebbe is present. Now the Rebbe is here, Rebbe Nathan is here, all the Seven Shepherds are here."
Thus far are the words of our teacher, Rav Berland shlit"a.
