From Complaints Hell Was Created - Torah and Prayer on the Virtue of Gratitude

A prayer from our teacher, the esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, and holy words on the virtue of gratitude and the great importance of this trait, from the book 'Thanks and Gratitude'.
From Complaints Hell Was Created
(From the book 'Thanks and Gratitude - Holy Conversations')Getting Used to Thanking People
A person is accustomed to crying over what happens to them and finds it difficult to thank Hashem for it. When they do thank, they always feel it is difficult and that they are offering a gratuitous thanks, as it seems to them that there is no need to thank when in such a situation. One must break this trait and always thank Hashem for everything.
A person who is not accustomed to thanking people will never get used to thanking Hashem. Therefore, for every good you receive from another, make sure to return thanks and gratitude, and through this, you will learn to thank the Creator, blessed be He.
A Pure Prayer from Our Teacher, the Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (From the book 'Thanks and Gratitude - Prayers on Thanks and Gratitude')
To Merit Pure and Refined Emunah in Hashem and to Stop Complaining and Only Thank Hashem
Master of the World, Almighty, grant me complete emunah in Hashem, pure and refined emunah, true emunah and all-embracing emunah.
Please Hashem, grant us in Your mercy to know that all wisdoms derive only from You, and all insights only from You, and all understanding only from You, and all wealth only from You, and not to boast in foreign wisdoms that are not from the wisdom of the Torah, for all heresies stem from pride and false arrogance. May we merit that Hashem, blessed be He, will help us not to fall into any pride, but that all our days will be in humility and lowliness, for pride is the blemish that disqualifies the holy ones.
For the people of Israel are holy and pure in the utmost refinement and purification, for by meriting the perfection of humility, we merit to recognize Hashem, and to praise Him for every single thing, for Hashem only desires kindness and increases goodness with us, and the whole issue is that we do not thank Him enough, but rather, we still complain and lament.
Therefore, may Hashem, blessed be He, grant us not to complain anymore and not to lament anymore, and to always be from now on in the aspect of 'yanuka' (a newborn) born at this moment.
