It is well known that Mount Carmel was one of the first places where, as a young man, Rabbi Berland shlit"a would regularly go for Hisbodedus. Through these Hisbodedus sessions he came to the realization that everything is utter vanity, and that there is nothing besides Hashem. Then he immersed himself in the world of Torah—and in this way we have merited to behold his great light until today.
Recently, Rabbi Berland shlit"a wrote a prayer to merit doing Hisbodedus on Mount Carmel. Here is the prayer for you to read and download:
