"Here, Here—Moshiach Is Coming"! The Holy Tzaddik Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Salmanovitch in an Awakening Talk About Saying The Tikkun HaKlali

A special and rare awakening talk from the holy tzaddik Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Salmanovitch—who does not often speak publicly—about saying The Tikkun HaKlali and its tremendous importance, even more so in this time.
These are his words:
We are at Motzaei Shabbos, at the meal of David, King Moshiach. Moshiach can be revealed at any moment. You can literally see that Rome is falling—Rome the small and Rome the great—Russia, Turkey. Hashem should help. It is heartbreaking for people, but…
The kelipah is certainly falling. You see the whole world shaking—real terror, terror upon terror. There is so much pain for each and every person. Oy—“A corrupt culture within a person’s home is harder than the war of Gog and Magog” (Berachos 7b). You can truly see the world trembling, and at any moment Moshiach is going to be revealed—Rebbe Nachman is going to be revealed.
There are tzaddikim who constantly worry about the rectification of the world. Everyone knows that Rabbi Berland is constantly giving over his life. Anyone who looks can see that for years he has been giving over his life for the sake of the Jewish people—so there should not be decrees, and so that Moshiach will come with compassion. Through the power of Rebbe Nachman, he merits to do things that… as it is written in the Zohar: in the merit of the holy Zohar they will leave exile with compassion; and in the merit of Likutey Moharan they will leave exile with compassion; through the students of Rebbe Nachman they will leave exile with compassion.
Through the students of Rebbe Nachman they will leave exile with compassion. We need so much compassion—endless compassion. Everyone knows how much compassion is needed. The hospitals are full and the decrees are harsh—truly terror upon terror. Rabbi Berland shlit"a said last week to say 100,000 times The Tikkun HaKlali—so who am I? I know who I am—woe to me. I am ashamed to lift my head out of the sewer. I am nothing. But since people asked me—people who think I have some importance…
Yes, I know the world is shaking, and you can feel that Moshiach is about to arrive. And I believe in the tzaddikim and in Rabbi Berland; I believe in all the tzaddikim and in Rabbi Berland. Rabbi Berland—I know he does awesome things. So there is absolutely no doubt about what the Rav said regarding The Tikkun HaKlali. The Rav has no time for jokes. Anyone who knows Rabbi Berland knows that every second by him is… I see it all the time. Every word the Rav says is said with responsibility—especially when he says something like this: one hundred thousand times The Tikkun HaKlali. Everyone knows this is a carefully weighed statement.
So there is certainly no doubt—and we shouldn’t even need to “wake people up” about it. If the Rav says it sweetens the judgments from all of the Jewish people and from the whole world—who needs to add anything? But this is how this world is, full of concealments: everything needs strengthening and more strengthening. It is a great wonder that I need to strengthen—who am I? May it be that when Moshiach comes they will say that I did not delay him. Every moment I pray that I should not delay Moshiach. But if I can help, then I am here too!
Hashem should help that we should all merit to strengthen ourselves and say 100,000 times The Tikkun HaKlali. The very fact that we say The Tikkun HaKlali—each time we say The Tikkun HaKlali—is certainly a rectification of the world, because The Tikkun HaKlali is a rectification of the world. We believe that The Tikkun HaKlali is the rectification of the world—especially 100,000 times The Tikkun HaKlali. Especially when a tzaddik sees that it sweetens all the judgments from all of the Jewish people, that it truly brings the Geulah closer with compassion. So there is no doubt that we will strengthen ourselves—especially since we are standing in the fateful months: Shevat, Adar, Nissan, when you see that the world is truly waiting for the Geulah. Everyone—even the non-Jews—say that Moshiach is coming. And everyone—even we—say that Moshiach is coming. Even those who are “inside,” who are so indifferent, also say that Moshiach is coming.
Hashem should help that we should all merit it. We who are close to the Rav certainly always listen to the Rav’s voice; they will surely listen and say 100,000 times The Tikkun HaKlali. May we merit to add something as well. There is no doubt that in the merit of the 100,000 times The Tikkun HaKlali, the Rav will be healthy. The Rav is constantly giving over his life so there should not be decrees; and if we say The Tikkun HaKlali, then with Hashem’s help the Rav will not need to suffer so much and give himself over so much. Hashem should help that we should all merit very soon: “A new light will shine upon Zion.”
The Tikkun HaKlali of Rebbe Nachman—Rebbe Nachman is the root of all the tzaddikim. The students of Rebbe Nachman, especially his greatest students, bring and lead the Geulah with great compassion. Hashem should help—here, here, Moshiach is coming—and we should all merit to sing the Ten Types of Song with Moshiach Tzidkeinu, and they will say: “This is Hashem for Whom we hoped; let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” And Rabbi Eliezer ben Atia should be healthy among the other tzaddikim, among the other tzaddikim and chassidim of Breslov.
And we should all merit Moshiach Tzidkeinu speedily in our days, literally.
You can see that Rebbe Nachman is truly spreading throughout the world. And I also just heard—right now—that the Rav’s call to say 100,000 times The Tikkun HaKlali has reached millions across the entire world. When you see Rabbi Berland, you truly see the splendor and majesty of the tzaddikim—how the Rav looks literally like an angel of Hashem Tzevakos. And he says there is a decree upon the Jewish people, a decree of forced apostasy, and the Rav takes all these things upon himself.
The Jewish people are mobilizing to say the 100,000 times The Tikkun HaKlali. Now I heard it has reached millions upon millions. There has never been dissemination like this. With Hashem’s help, may we truly merit all the salvations in the world, in the merit of listening with simplicity and wholesome sincerity, with Hashem’s help.
Throughout all the ten years that the Rav went through all the suffering in the world—both regarding medical matters and regarding the court cases—there were no prayers like these. There were no tzaddikim for whom so many prayers were said.
You could say that millions of Tikkun HaKlali were said. The whole world knows that only the prayers helped—by natural means there was no possibility there. Not in the court cases and not in the medical matters—so many complications. No one believed; no one even believes now—and everyone knows it is only from Heaven. So now we must continue. Just as we all saw that by the Rav there is no “nature”—and blessed is Hashem, there is no “nature”; by Rebbe Nachman there is no “nature.” So we should not be seduced by “my strength and the might of my hand,” nor by weakness that makes a person go calmly as if everything is fine. Rather, we should exert ourselves with all our strength—each person in his own way, each person according to his ability—to say as much The Tikkun HaKlali as possible. And Hashem should help that we should all merit, with Hashem’s help, to draw down miracles above nature—above nature, beyond nature—there is no nature: only The Tikkun HaKlali, only prayers, with Hashem’s help, until Moshiach Tzidkeinu.
