Hundreds Attend Preparation Conference for the Great Journey to Rebbe Nachman zy"a in Uman

Anash (our community members) from all over the country—Ashdod, Elad, Bnei Brak, Jerusalem, and even Nahariya—arrived for this grand gathering. A Chassidic orchestra enhanced the great conference with melodies of the Yamim Noraim (Days of Awe).
At 10:15 PM, the Mashpia (spiritual mentor) Rabbi Ofer Erez shlit"a arrived at the hall and delivered a comprehensive general lecture, in his characteristic style, regarding the preparation for the journey to Rebbe Nachman zy"a for the "Great Kibbutz" (gathering) on Rosh Hashanah. He spoke about how the essence of the work on Rosh Hashanah is the "Acceptance of Kingship"—accepting Hashem as King.
The Rabbi said that more than what a person can achieve through their own efforts, everything is ultimately decreed from Above. The primary work is to know that in every situation, I am serving Hashem and taking upon myself the yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven. The Rabbi also mentioned that the judgment during the days of Rosh Hashanah depends on the service and leadership of the Tzaddikim (righteous ones).
Rabbi Berland shlit"a: "When one arrives in Uman, they are actually created anew"
Our teacher, the Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, graced the grand gathering with his presence. A special letter from the Rav shlit"a regarding the greatness of the merit of Rosh Hashanah was distributed to the large crowd, quoting passages from the book "Chayei Moharan."
The Rav said that there are 15 million Jews in the world, and they all need to come to Uman to Rebbe Nachman zy"a. "With Hashem's help, there will be peace with the Arab nations, and people will be able to reach Uman by land in a large convoy of buses, without the obstacles and delays of airplanes," the Rav shlit"a said.
The Rav mentioned that on the 25th of Elul, the world—the World of Asiyah (Action)—was created, but other worlds were already created on the 17th of Elul. When one arrives in Uman, they are actually created anew, and everyone must come to the Tzaddik on Rosh Hashanah.
