In Life You Have to Go Through Many Turns
The Daily Strengthening from Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

The Daily Chizuk of our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a - A person must hold on through all the cycles they experience
Friday, 20 Nissan 5785 – These are his holy words:
This is the thread with the windings, with all the cycles, because a person must go through many cycles - he cannot become a tzaddik in one day.
He wants to be Rebbe Nachman, he must go through cycles.
Elijah the Prophet wants to be Moses our Teacher; you cannot be Moses our Teacher.
There is the teaching in Likutey Moharan (Likutey Moharan Part I - Torah 30 - Meishra DeSakina) regarding "cycles"; thus, the kelipot (shells) are removed, it does not happen in one day.
A person needs a billion cycles; he needs them every day. Let him live a hundred years, let him live a hundred years and perform ten thousand cycles per day, let him perform ten million; one hundred times ten million is a billion.
Every second he needs about a million cycles.
