In the Middle of a Bar in Tel Aviv
a Giant Picture of the Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a is Displayed

Our holy Rebbe says, (Likutey Moharan, Part II - Torah 7): "The essence of the perfection of the tzaddik is when he possesses two aspects: that he knows how to speak, to teach, and to illuminate for each and every one—for those who dwell on high and those who dwell below, in the upper realms and the lower realms, in the heavens and on the earth, which are the aspects of the great and the small..."
"There are people who are situated on a very low level, to the point that they would completely despair, Heaven forbid, because it seems to them that they are very far from Hashem, and their hope and expectation from Hashem have already been lost. The tzaddik must have the strength to awaken and rouse them so that they will not despair in any way in the world, no matter what, and to show them and illuminate within them that Hashem is still with them and beside them, and is close to them, and even within the earth itself, even if one has fallen into the lowest depths, Heaven forbid, nevertheless, precisely there is found His glory, for 'the whole earth is full of His glory'."
Rebbe Nachman says that the tzaddik generally has two tasks: to illuminate for those who dwell on high—the tzaddikim who are on the correct path in the service of Hashem—and to show them that they have the obligation to continue forward in their holy work. However, the tzaddik also has work with those who dwell below, with the unlearned and those who are far from the path of serving Hashem; for them, the tzaddik must illuminate that there is no despair in the world, and that even from there, it is possible and necessary to strengthen oneself.
And so, Nati from the company 'Nati Systems' arrived during his work to install cameras at a bar in the center of Tel Aviv. Seemingly, this is the place that best fits the definition of 'those who dwell below.' Nati entered, and before his eyes, a spectacular sight was revealed: a giant picture of the tzaddik, our teacher, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. Nati, who was excited by the sight, hurried to photograph and commemorate the occasion.
These are his words: "Listen, I was working this week at a bar in Tel Aviv, I was installing cameras there, and while working, I notice a giant picture of Rav Berland shlit"a on the wall. I am in shock, and I look at the owner of the place, a secular man far from Judaism, and I ask him like this: "I am in shock, here inside this (a bar in the middle of Tel Aviv) you put up a picture of Rav Berland?!" The bar owner answers him - "This is our Rebbe (Rav Berland), this is the amulet of the generation!""
