In recent days, we have hinted in the site's articles that we are aware of terrible things regarding the horrific persecution campaign against the holy honor of our teacher, the honorable tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. These matters are difficult and hard to digest, how wicked people exploit the holy conduct of the Rav shlit"a to nullify to the divine will, and instead of learning a lesson for themselves, they use it to fulfill their dark desires.

Following publications from the past week in various media outlets, especially in Channel 2's news edition, where it seems as if Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a confesses to forbidden acts, while in the background they present a video of the Rav speaking in a different context, to mislead the public, and additionally, efforts were made to blur the quality of the audio track, so that it would not be recognized who is speaking in the recording.

Such tapes and others were passed to the media and even played to influential rabbis by opponents of Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a to defame an entire community, influence public opinion, and sway rabbis to issue a halachic ruling against the Rav and his community. It is hard to believe how such cruel persecution is conducted right under our noses. How people who wear the guise of Torah scholars but underneath hide the inner nature of despicable criminals of the lowest order. These people cause many to sin by listening to lashon hara and disrespecting a Torah scholar, effectively desecrating Hashem's name, as the honor of Hashem and His Torah is trampled publicly.

The Rav's opponents refuse to bring their claims to a halachic court because they know that some of these tapes are forged, and in some, a known pursuer for years imitates the voice of the Rav shlit"a, and some were extracted from the Rav by isolating him from the public under threats, physical, mental, and verbal violence - they know their lies will be exposed.

The Rav shlit"a has expressed his desire to stand at any moment before any court and prove his innocence to all, therefore they are invited at any time to agree on a court to discuss their false claims.

There are testimonies from five people who testify how the Rav's opponents acted and extracted false confessions from the Rav by isolating him and using violence and threats against him. We know for certain that one of the pursuers even came to the Rav's residence with a Swedish key intending to harm the Rav. There are witnesses to this, and for now, we are keeping the data to ourselves. However, now that the level of suffering and danger in which the Rav shlit"a was placed is becoming clear, it is hard to conceive how severely the Rav was exploited.

At the first stage, we now present to the public a recording with a transcript, where Yom Tov Cheshin, known as one of the Rav's opponents, is heard taking control of the Rav and forcing the Rav to do and say things against his will. It is hard to hear the words, and the heart truly shudders, the recording clearly shows the method of the Rav's opponents.

We announce that this is only the first stage, in the coming weeks a full investigation will be released with additional recordings that will further clarify how the Rav's opponents acted to incriminate him through inappropriate means. We know that the matters are difficult to hear, but we have no choice, we must save an entire community that is forced to believe in lashon hara.

Yom Tov Cheshin and other opponents of the Rav acted to isolate the Rav from his public after the Rav was released from ten years during which he was confined to his home and isolated from his community.
