Zion shall be redeemed with justice, and her penitents with righteousness
Before you are the harsh words of the Rav shlit"a regarding the difficult situation we are in.

"We are in a new intifada, a terrible intifada spreading across the entire globe, it cannot be stopped.., this intifada is encouraged by the whole world, the whole world applauds every Jew who is murdered and killed, the whole world encourages this intifada, all the nations regret that Hitler did not finish the job, everyone curses Hitler for not finishing the job, they now rely on the Ishmaelites, and Esau went and took Machalat, the daughter of Ishmael.
At that time, the Rav shlit"a wrote a letter in which he stated that the way to stop the current intifada is through the verse 'Everyone written for life in Jerusalem', to give life to the residents of Jerusalem and the land through a donation of 98 shekels, and to pray for all the inhabitants of Eretz Yisrael and especially for those residing in Jerusalem that no harm should befall them, etc. Indeed, the response to the Rav's call was great, however, in light of the terrible decrees that come upon us daily and unfortunately only increase, we came to remind the words of the Rav shlit"a and to strengthen their force:
"After the terrible murders with the assistance and encouragement of the European Union, which have been occurring from the first day of Sukkot until now and do not cease for a second, and the blood of Israel flows like water to the joy of all the nations of the world without exception, for death has come up into our windows, and spreads throughout the world to stab every Jew because he is a Jew, and all the nations of the world have risen against us in unison that the name of Israel will no longer be remembered.., every minute we hear and read about new victims, and no one speaks up. 
On the contrary, everyone blames the people of Israel and says they are worse than the Nazis, and the first mission of all the nations of the world is to annihilate the seed of Israel from the face of the earth. And there is no Jew today who is safe in his life, not in Eretz Yisrael, nor in any other country. Therefore, we unanimously decided that every Jew everywhere must donate 98 shekels corresponding to the verse 'Everyone written for life in Jerusalem'."
The words of the Rav are strong and clear, but, after the Rav shlit"a saw that the severity of the judgments only continues to grow, he continued and said that whoever gives 98 shekels every month for redemption, by virtue of this, he and his entire family will be saved. The Rav's words:

"As long as the intifada continues, everyone must give. Every Jew everywhere in the world, and even non-Jews, must give 98 shekels which is 26 dollars or 25 euros every month as long as it continues. Everywhere in the world there are attacks, whoever wants to be saved from the new intifada that includes the entire globe now - must give. Anyone who gives the redemption will be saved from every attack and every obstacle, from every sin and every transgression. And transfer to "Shuvu Banim International".
