Listen: Two Moving Songs Composed and Written by Mona Mordechai Rosenblum in Honor of Rabbi Berland shlit"a's Return from the Difficult Exile

After all the moving receptions for our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, and after we merited rousing prayers together with the Tzaddik, we present the following to you.

Moshe Mordechai (Mona) Rosenblum, the legendary Chassidic composer and arranger, who served for 30 years as the conductor and musical director of the Military Rabbinate Choir, was moved—like everyone else—by the return of our teacher, Rabbi Berland shlit"a, after the long exile. He sat down and composed two songs in honor of this moving event.

Rosenblum previously served as the musical director of the Military Rabbinate Choir as a civilian employee of the IDF. During those years, he accompanied the choir musically—from melodies and arrangements to rehearsals and conducting at performances and events. In 2010, Rosenblum won the ACUM (Society of Authors, Composers and Music Publishers in Israel) Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to music. Now, he has composed and written the two moving songs that we bring before you, courtesy of the Breslov Information Line 02-800-8800.
